1978. SASA® is created by Roger Messio. Invention of the 1st rigid non-stick cooking support dedicated to industrial baking production. -

FLEXIPAN® INVENTION
1991. Invention of FLEXIPAN®, the 1st flexible mold in the world. It uses silicone for its non-stick characteristics and is combined with a fiberglass fabric for incomparable cooking and flexibility. -
CREATION OF SASA DEMARLE INC.
1993. Creation of our American subsidiary Sasa Demarle Inc. -
SASA® + DEMARLE®
2000. Merger of SASA® and DEMARLE®. Thanks to this merger, the group becomes a major player in the supply of equipment for the Bakery, Viennoiserie, and Pastry industries. -
WEINBERG CAPITAL PARTNERS
2007. The WCP investment fund enters the capital of the Sasa Demarle group. -
