Infinium®, the label that offers you the know-how of a historic player and the guarantee of obtaining a taste of the authentic, thanks to its innovative coating solutions

6001

Infinium® 6001, the latest addition to the range. A silicone made in Sasa® with improved technical characteristics which increases longevity by around 30% and achieves 5000 cycles of use under normal conditions of use. The 6001 can be subjected to baking temperatures up to 260°C, similar to those allowed by fluoropolymers (PTFE, PFA).
It is the fruit of several years of research by engineers from the Sasa chemistry laboratory, 94 formulas have been tested and an investment of more than one million euros for the installation of a new reactor necessary for its industrial production.

Specifically formulated for pretzels. The 311 Infinium® solution is suitable for withstanding the use of alkaline ingredients, such as caustic soda.

Reinforced coating solution, specifically developed to guarantee a higher level of durability for the manufacture of “crusty” type baguettes.

For products with a non-aggressive crust, the Infinium® 101 coating solution is particularly suitable to resist the infiltration of grease or particles.
